Joseph Biden, the man who served as vice president with the previous owner of the White House, should become the main rival in the US elections in 2020 for the current president, Donald Trump, according to the plans of the Democratic Party.
It was Biden for many years who was the main and possibly the most dangerous opponent of the current vector of American foreign policy in the Middle East and the post-Soviet space in the American political establishment. It was he who worked in every way to disrupt the Iranian nuclear deal since the time of the Obama presidency. It was from his filing that the American military-political intervention of the Syrian conflict was carried out.
It is all about Biden’s close ties with the Israeli government and open lobbying for Tel Aviv’s interests, both in the Middle East and within the United States. It is noteworthy that this does not prevent him now, voicing his presidential ambitions, to talk about a possible return to the JCPOA and loyalty to Iran.
Nevertheless, the best illustration of Joseph Biden’s real views on American foreign policy can be his recent phrase from an interview with the Wall Street Journal: “I don’t think that he (Trump) has any foreign policy. Russian policy in the (Middle East) region is strengthening, the position of (President of Syria) Assad is strengthening, Iran is paving the way to Syria, as well as to Lebanon. “Everything turned upside down, and in general we are now lonely.”
However, about the indisputability of the candidacy it was Joe Biden in the United States who spoke a few months ago. Today, this candidate is not so simple. And the reason for this is the enormous corruption scandal, the main person involved in which was precisely the former vice president of the United States.
This scandal is connected with the “Ukrainian activities” of Mr. Biden along with one of his sons.
Some time after the coup in Ukraine, called the “revolution of dignity” in Kiev, Biden Sr. made a visit to the Ukrainian capital, where he called on the then authorities to “reduce dependence on Russian energy sources.”
Just a few weeks after that, Hunter Biden (son of the American Vice President) appears on the board of directors of the oil and gas company Burisma, engaged in oil and gas production in Ukraine, being registered in the Cyprus offshore. It is difficult to call such an appointment a coincidence.
Today it is known that the son of Joseph Biden served on the board of directors of Burisma with a salary of 150 thousand dollars a month, until the spring of 2019. It is easy to calculate that the income in the form of Hunter Biden’s wages alone during this time amounted to about $ 9 million.
At the same time, in the United States, information was voiced that Biden Sr. received his jackpot from this looting of the energy sector of Ukraine. According to Rudolf Giuliani, a well-known lawyer in the United States, Biden received from the Ukrainian side a “cash reward” of $ 900 thousand for lobbying for Burisma’s interests.
In fact, we are talking about a bribe, in which Biden is directly accused of receiving in the United States, and they are accused, it should be noted, not by any reason.
Rudolf Giuliani refers to the data of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada deputy Andrei Derkach, according to whom it was Biden Sr.’s high position that helped promote Biden Jr. in Ukraine and the Burisma company itself.
Additionally, the United States raised the question of the influence of Joe Biden on lobbying the interests of Burisma in Romania and China, on protectionism. In this situation, Joseph Biden has only one option – to start the impeachment proceedings against Donald Trump. After all, if Trump and Giuliani put all the cards on the table, which will become irrefutable evidence of the corrupt activities of Joseph Biden, then for Biden himself this will mean a terrible defeat.
He will have to part not only with the hope of participating in the presidential election, but also, possibly, with freedom. Donald Trump himself called the impeachment flywheel, promoted by the Democrats, called “lynching.” According to him, these are completely dirty technologies, which in many respects resemble a real coup d’etat.
Opponents of trump, led by the ex-vice president of the United States, decided to isolate the word “lynching” from the White House owner’s tweet. Representatives of the Democratic Party said that Trump uses the terms of racism and segregation in the United States. Biden joined this chorus in the hope that he would have a chance to “dump” Trump from the presidency, thereby eliminating the strongest rival in the upcoming elections.
“Impeachment is not lynching. This is part of our constitution. Our country has a dark, shameful story with lynching, and even thinking about making such a comparison is disgusting. It’s mean, ”said Joseph Biden.
But suddenly, he himself suddenly found himself at the epicenter of a new embarrassment. It turned out that the advocates of anti-racist morality, who accused Trump of saying the word “lynching”, used it actively and willingly. This is an impeachment procedure for President Bill Clinton.
The procedure then, as you know, failed, but its materials remained reflected in numerous documentary evidence. For example, there was evidence of the words of Congressman Democrat from New York, J. Nadler, regarding the situation with the investigation of Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky: “This is a real mob of vigilantees.” So Nadler described the actions of the Republican congressmen who promoted impeachment against the then president.
As a result, Mr. Biden, who is trying hard to get out of the history of corruption, continues to lose his reputation even in the camp of supporters of the US Democratic Party. His attempts to present himself as a “slandered knight” have so far not exactly led to the desired result for him.
The so-called “Ukrainian scandal,” which now includes the current president of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, who actually promised Trump to start an investigation on Biden, lowers the rating of a possible candidate. If before the corruption scandal, Joseph Biden’s rating among Democratic candidates exceeded 36%, today these figures are already below 20%. So, Biden gives way to a Senator from Massachusetts Elizabeth Warren. She has more than 24%
