There is a great risk of a renewed military conflict in Yemen. According to a number of sources, Tel Aviv is ready to launch a series of air strikes on the territory of Yemen in order to limit Iran’s military presence. Such a development of events may serve as a “trigger” to exacerbate the Yemeni crisis.

Speaking to the public on the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad, the leader of the Ansar Allah movement, Abdul-Malik al-Khuti, said that armed groups controlled by him could attack Israel if Tel Aviv attacks the territory of Yemen. If this scenario becomes a reality, then this will cause a great international resonance, as previously Yemen had never attacked Israel directly.

Meanwhile, Tel Aviv really intends to bombard the northern part of Yemen, as Benjamin Netanyahu recently stated. An Israeli politician noted that Iran is overly active in Yemen, which Tel Aviv intends to prevent, including using military force.

It is worth noting that most of the representatives of the Ansar Allah movement that we interviewed are ready for war with Israel. Moreover, they believe that war is possible in the near future, in connection with which the north of Yemen is rapidly building up its military power, including at the expense of Iran.

According to a number of experts, Israeli aviation is most at risk of attack: the west coast of Yemen, the border zone separating Yemen and Saudi Arabia, as well as the Bab al-Mandeb Strait.

However, Israel does not have any clear information on the alignment of forces in Yemen.

In particular, in the course of hostilities in the territory of Yemen, practically no strategic objects remained that would be of interest to Tel Aviv. In addition, there are still doubts about the fact that Tehran has military bases in Yemen that pose a threat to the national security of Israel. At the same time, the Ansar Allah movement already has in its arsenal ballistic missiles capable of reaching the territory of Tel Aviv, bypassing the Iron Dome air defense system.
